Leisure Activities
When you stay at Quilty Holiday Cottages you'll be at the centre
of things. You'd like a day at the sea? Then fish off the rocks
or take a boat from one of the several piers in the area. Your
fancy is Golf? Then it's Lahinch Championship Golf Course, or
the new Greg Norman designed Doonbeg Golf Course or the 9-hole
Spanish Point Golf Course nearby. Horses and ponies are available
locally. Quiet country roads, the coast and the beaches invite
for walking and cycling.
The area is also famous for the Traditional Irish Music and
Set Dancing! There are also medieval banquets in Bunratty and
Knappogue Castles.
If you'd rather stay indoors for the night, why not sit in
front of a roaring turf or log fire with a good book, or simply
sit and listen to the rhythm of the sea as it crashes on the
rocks in the distance. |
