OUR MISSION IS TO BECOME THE TRAVEL COMPANY OF CHOICE FOR INBOUND TRAVEL TO IRELAND.

Being big believers in the K.I.S.S. principle - "Keep it Simple, Stupid!" - we hope you will find our site easy to use, fast to download and pleasant on the eye. However, despite our best efforts, we know there will always be room for improvement, so we would really appreciate your input. Please tell us what you think of the site, where we are going wrong and more importantly how we can improve our service.

Don't hold back. Give it to us straight! After a few tears and of course the usual temper tantrum, we'll take it on the chin and make whatever changes are necessary to move forward.

Who we are: IrishTourism.com Limited was established in Ireland on 7th July 2000 with the sole intention of developing a travel business concentrating on Irish inbound tourism. Much time was spent researching the Irish tourism market and the potential for an Internet oriented business. This latest version of our website (launched in 2009) you are now browsing incorporates feedback received from our clients and visitors over the previous years. Please note however that we are not just another website! We are real people based in South West Ireland who are passionate about arranging vacations in Ireland for overseas visitors.

Our staff are all locals who know Ireland like the back of their hands and who take pride in helping visitors to create the perfect Irish vacation. To make life easier, you can speak to any of us in person by calling us on one of our International FreeFone Numbers or by simply filling out an enquiry form on the website. We do not use auto-responders; you will receive a reply from a real person who will endeavour to deal with your enquiry usually within 24 hours if not sooner.

We are proud to be members of the Irish Tour Operators Association (ITOA) and the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). As members of the ITOA we are covered by a comprehensive Financial Failure Insurance Policy.

What we do: Unlike traditional travel companies who act as either a tour operator or a travel agent, we act as both. As a tour operator we offer a wide range of independent customised tours including self drive & chauffeured tours for individuals, couples and families, guided coach tours for private groups and tailored golf vacations for any size of group. In addition we have partnered with a small number of specialist tour operators to be able to offer you a range of scheduled escorted bus tours and cycling tours.

Using the Site: You will find sections dedicated to each type of vacation: Self Drive Tours, Escorted Bus Tours, Private Group Tours, Chauffeured Tours, Golf Vacation Packages, Cycling Tours and Walking Tours. Each section can be accessed by clicking on the buttons located in the top menu-bar or at the foot of the homepage.

To enquire about a particular tour simply complete the enquiry form for that tour. If you are interested in more than one tour you can add each tour to your Wish List and then submit that to us. Alternatively please call us here in Ireland to discuss your plans with one of our friendly Irish travel specialists who will help you plan your trip from scratch.

Ireland Cycling Safaris was set up in 1989 and has steadily grown to become one of Ireland's leading biking tour specialists. Thousands of satisfied customers have enjoyed life in the slow lane, seeing the real Ireland, in a way that few are lucky enough to experience.
