This championship links is Europe's most westerly golf course and boasts a spectacular setting of steep cliffs jutting out into the ocean and some fine dune terrain. The whole panorama of the Dingle Peninsula is revealed - hidden bays with small fishing villages, glorious hills and mountains and the Blasket Islands out in the wild Atlantic.
The course itself is relatively wide-open, the greatest difficulties are the wind, dune grass and a river that runs through the course. The landscape is perfect for golf and the front nine in particular make full use of the lie of the land.
